Cooking spray
Sweet potates, peeled and diced
Butternut squash, peeled and diced
Brussels sprouts, halved
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Directions
- Heat your oven to 425 F.
- Coat a sheet pan with cooking spray. Arrange the sweet potatoes, butternut squash and Brussels sprouts on the pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat. Cook for 30 minutes.
- Add the sausages to the pan.
- Cook for an additional 15 minutes and serve.
